Headquartered in Orange County, Calif., LPA since its inception has become the premier provider of investigative and pre-employment background screening services. As the CEO and founder of LPA, Brad has maintained a hands-on management style in all aspects of the business including business development, customer service, pre and post-consumer investigative reports and investigative operations. With over fifteen years of corporate security and investigation experience, Brad is well qualified to meet the needs of a complex business climate. Mr. Kelsheimer believes in partnering with clients to make the pre-employment screening and investigation process work on their behalf. Servicing a national clientele with the expertise only gained through experience, Mr. Kelsheimer has guided LPA to become one of the country’s top providers of pre-employment background screening and investigation services.
Prior to founding LPA, Mr. Kelsheimer fulfilled executive management positions with three national retailers where he was responsible for all matters relating to loss prevention, investigations, new store operations, construction, pre and post-employment screening services and human resources. Mr. Kelsheimer was responsible for the development and implementation of several innovative programs dealing with human resources and loss prevention issues. Mr. Kelsheimer is a frequent contributor to various security publications dealing with loss prevention and human resource issues and has been a featured speaker in the areas of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Retail Loss Prevention Techniques, Pre-Employment Background Screening, and Behavioral Analysis Interviewing. In addition Mr. Kelsheimer is considered an expert in the loss prevention investigative field by the California Court system.
Mr. Kelsheimer is a licensed private investigator in the State of California and is currently a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators. He is also a member of American Society of Industrial Security and National Retail Federation.
Mr. Kelsheimer holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Criminal Law from California State University Fullerton, with an Associates Art Degree in Criminal Justice from Rancho Community College.
